Tyrant was a failed experiment created by Umbrella's well known members Oswell E Spencer, James Marcus and his student Brandon Bailey. The Tyrant projects have been made with a few different viruses such as the Projenitor virus and the T virus. Tyrant has special artificial weapons and is one of the Umbrella Corporation's bio organic weapons.
