William Birkin

William Birkin was 15 years old when he joined Umbrella and became the head of the G virus labs where he kept all to himself. William had a daughter named Sherry who is currently a D.S.O agent. William is later shot multiple times by Umbrella soldiers and then injects himself with the G virus which saves him but with an even worse effect. William mutates into a monster with a large giant eye.  Everytime William's mutation is defeated he mutates into something bigger and badder the last mutation is big and scary. William dies on September 30th 1998 while his daughter Sherry is alone working for the D.S.O.
