Bitores Mendez is the chief of the Los Illuminados villagers that are better known as Ganadoes. Bitores Mendez first encounters Leon where he throws a kick at Mendez resulting in Bitores Mendez throwing leon into Luis Sera knocking them both unconscious. Bitores Mendez has a thing with picking him up by the neck. Later Leon and Ashley Graham go to a barnyard where "Mendez" picked Leon up by the throat again but Leon sets Bitores Mendez on fire where his torso mutates into a centipede like monster. Mendez dies after he split in half and made it harder for himself and Leon but when "Mendez" dies his false eye pops out forcing Leon to use it for an eye scan.VITAL STATS
