Oswell E Spencer found interest on bio hazardous items such as the T-Virus. Oswell's mansion in the Arklay mountains was just a trap made by Umbrella to lead S.T.A.R.S into a trap. On the year 2006 Oswell Spencer's top operative Albert Wesker killed Oswell so he could take over Umbrella to continue bio terror.
