Luis Sera

Luis Sera was a former Los Illuminados scientist who betrayed and helped Leon S Kennedy stop Lord Saddler and the Plaga. Luis Sera can be a rude guy and  bit of a person who sneaks off. Luis Sera is unfortunatly killed by Osmund Saddler but before he dies he gives Leon some pills to stop the Plaga.
