Nemesis

Nemesis was built by Umbrella to hunt S.T.A.R.S members and Jill Valentine was his objective to kill.
Being protected by Carlos Olivera Jill and Carlos survived being hunted down by Nemesis. Nemesis has tentacles all over his body and screams S.T.A.R.S often. Nemesis is defeated and perishes in the nuke that hits Raccoon City.
